Help for Toys of
Hope and the Tulip Festival in Heckscher Park
Recognizing that participation in community
service is both rewarding and important, Young Professionals Chamber of
Commerce members generously donated to the Toys of Hope campaign
during the holidays. Each member brought an unwrapped toy to the holiday
meeting, and the toys were distributed to needy children.
Several members volunteered at the
1st Annual Carnival sponsored by the Huntington Township
Chamber of Commerce in April 2002 by working in the ticket booth. The Chamber
presented a check to the YPCC for its efforts. At the Tulip Festival in
Heckscher Park in May YPCC members volunteered their time. They sold ice cream,
and some of the proceeds went to the Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce.
