YPCC members were treated to a very appetizing
meeting on Wednesday, October 15th. Appliance World of Huntington hosted this
great event with an instructor and a student from the
Culinary Arts department of New York Institute of Technology.
The chefs treated students to a fun evening of learning about food preparation
and the science of cooking. The demonstration ended by giving students the
chance to taste the results: frittata, pasta dish and parfait dessert.
